Gears of War Not Coming to PS3 Anytime Soon, Says CliffyB

The Gears of War franchise could go multiplatform, says Bleszinski, but IT isn't going to just yet.

Sony fans WHO was hoping that they might soon get to play Gears of War connected their PS3s will have a long-snouted time lag connected their men, because scorn what Epic president Mike Capps aforementioned about wanting to see the serial publication on past consoles, originative director Drop Bleszinski says that PS3 owners shouldn't hold their breath.

"I would say in the predictable future there's zero chance of Gears of War being happening the PlayStation 3," Bleszinski said. He added that Epic had a good affair going with Microsoft, adding that the platform holder was a smashing spouse to the studio. He fleecy aside Capps' comments about the series, locution that IT was something that ready-made a good newspaper article, only wasn't something that was actually departure to fall out. "Information technology's one of those things that would be exciting news," he said. "Hopefully DualShock would stimulate tweaked a trifle bit, simply anyway, enough about that."

He as wel made information technology clear that there was more Gears games to come, and that Gears 3 simply represented the end of the current trilogy. While that might not seem suchlike much of a surprise – Epic has already expanded Gears cosmos to admit books and graphic novels, and a movie is in exploitation, and clearly has more lifelong-term plans for the enfranchisement – Bleszinski did indicate that helium was tired of being asked the head.

Gears of War 3 comes extinct for Xbox 360 along September 20th.
